In addition, it offers advertising; water exploitation, treatment, and supply; inland waterway and road freight transport; coastal and ocean freight transport; vocational education; architectural activities and technical consultancy; and other business support services. The company was founded in 1978 and is headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
