Construction and Investment Stock Company No 18, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the construction business in Vietnam. The company operates through three segments: Construction; Real Estate Business; and Product, Goods Exchange, and Testing. It constructs residential and non-residential buildings; railway and road infrastructure; electrical infrastructure; water supply and drainage infrastructure; telecommunications and communication infrastructure; hydraulic structures; mining projects; processing and manufacturing facilities; public utility projects; and other civil engineering structures. The company also engages in the extraction of stone, sand, gravel, and clay; manufacturing of concrete, cement, gypsum, and concrete-based products; mechanical processing, metal treatment, and coating; fabrication and manufacturing of construction mechanical products, formwork systems, scaffolding, and industrial buildings; repair and installation of machinery and industrial equipment; drainage and wastewater treatment; demolishing or dismantling buildings and other structures; and site preparation. In addition, it is involved in the installation of electrical, water supply and drainage, heating and air-conditioning, and other construction systems; completion of construction works; real estate investment and business; other specialized construction activities, investment, and power generation; and execution of civil, industrial, transportation, and hydropower projects, as well as urban and industrial infrastructure, water supply and drainage, and environmental sanitation projects. The company was founded in 1961 and is headquartered in Hanoi, Vietnam.
