It also develops KHK4083/AMG 451 rocatinlimab, which is in Phase III clinical trial for the treatment of moderate to severe atopic dermatitis and prurigo nodularis; KK8398 infigratinib, which is in Phase III clinical trial for the treatment of achondroplasia; OTL-203, which is in Phase III clinical trial for the treatment of hurler syndrome; KHK4951 tivozanib, which is in Phase II clinical trial for the treatment of diabetic macular edema and neovascular age-related macular degeneration; and OTL-201, which is in Phase II clinical trial for the treatment of sanfilippo syndrome type A.
