Besqab AB (publ) develops residential housing properties in Sweden. It operates through two segments: Project Development and Investment Properties. The Project Development segment offers housing, rental apartments and ownership rights, development of nursing homes, rental properties, and other community services. The Investment Properties segment consists of completed rental apartments, nursing homes, and other community service properties. It executes projects through general contracting and shared contracting models with site management. The company was formerly known as Aros Bostadsutveckling AB (publ) and changed its name to Besqab AB (publ) in April 2024. Besqab AB (publ) was founded in 1989 and is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden.
