SIIC Environment Holdings Ltd., an investment holding company, engages in the wastewater treatment, water supply, sludge treatment, waste-to-energy, and other environment related businesses primarily in the People's Republic of China. The Water Supply segment engages in the construction, management, and operation of water supply related infrastructure under service concession arrangements. The Waste-to-Energy segment constructs, manages, and operates waste-to energy related infrastructure under service concession arrangements. It also provides design, installation, and consultancy of water meter activities. SIIC Environment Holdings Ltd. was incorporated in 2002 and is headquartered in Singapore.
