The Resort Operations segment offers services to resort operators in Bintan Resort, including ferry services and ferry terminal operations, tour and resort operations, property rental, workers accommodation, security, fire-fighting, environment and health support, vector monitoring, and estate and township maintenance services, as well as facilities required by resort operators. The Property Development segment is involved in the development of industrial, commercial, residential, and resort properties in Batam, Bintan, and Indonesia. The company also offers business management consultancy services; produces, processes, and sells coconut-related products; and wholesales hotels, resorts, and golf courses.
