The Cleanroom and Laboratories segment designs, consulting, and installation of cleanrooms and laboratories, as well as offers maintenance and after-sales services. It also provides manufacture, sale, and servicing of refrigeration appliances; and trades in, designs, and supplies machines and conveyor systems. It serves semiconductor, healthcare, food and beverage, biotechnology, research laboratories, pharmaceutical, microelectronic, food processing plant, oil and gas, furniture, agriculture, security system, power generator, waste management, hypermarket, restaurant, hotel, residences hospital, university and college, agriculture, corporate canteen, bakery house, mobile kiosk, food truck, lorry, and vans. The company was formerly known as Mann Seng Metal International Limited and changed its name to MSM International Limited in April 2015.
