The Powertrain Products segment provides engineered products for traditional combustion and hybrid electric vehicles, including variable valve train, smart remote actuators, powertrain sensors, ignition products, canisters, and fuel handling products. The Electrification & Electronics segment offers engine and transmission control modules and power electronics. This segment also provides including supervisory controllers and software, and DC/DC converters and inverters. The Aftermarket segment remanufactures and sells aftermarket products, such as fuel injection, electronics and engine management, maintenance, and test equipment, as well as vehicle diagnostics products to independent aftermarket and original equipment service customers, and independent retailers and wholesale distributors. The company was incorporated in 2014 and is based in London, the United Kingdom. As of October 1, 2020, Delphi Technologies PLC operates as a subsidiary of BorgWarner Inc.
