Sky Solar Holdings, Ltd. has strategic partnership agreement with Hudson Clean Energy Partners for investing in renewable power and clean energy. The company was founded in 2009 and is headquartered in Admiralty, Hong Kong. As of September 10, 2020, Sky Solar Holdings, Ltd. was taken private.
