It operates through 46 banking offices, including 25 in Southern California, 16 in Washington, 3 in Northern California, 1 in Arizona, and 1 in Oregon. The company was formerly known as Bay Cities National Bank. Opus Bank was founded in 2010 and is headquartered in Irvine, California.
