Cheeding Holdings Berhad, an investment holding company, provides infrastructure utilities engineering solutions in Malaysia. The company engages in procurement, supply, installation, construction, testing and commissioning of overhead power transmission lines, as well as inspection, repairs, and maintenance services. It is also involved in design, supply, installation and commissioning of highvoltage underground cable systems in urban and semi-urban environments, including cable laying, jointing, termination, and associated civil works. In addition, the company undertakes substation engineering works involving technical design and build of primary equipment in the primary bay of a new or existing substation; and is involved in the design, modification, upgrading, replacement, and retrofitting of electrical systems components in secondary bay in existing substations. Further, it performs foundation, erection, and stringing works for interconnecting the electrical substations to the utility grid system; and provides electrical and civil engineering related services. Cheeding Holdings Berhad was incorporated in 2024 and is headquartered in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
