It also provides Gamma Experience that blends products and designs enterprise-grade solution; Webex for Gamma; GammaUCX, a voice-integration platform; Amazon Connect, a contact centre platform; Horizon Contact, a cloud-based customer engagement platform; secure payments with PCI compliance; Cirrus Contact Centre, which combines technologies, such as CRM, WFO, analytics, and omni-channel; Gamma Contact for Service Providers, an omnichannel contact center solution; Gamma Secure, a managed cyber security solution; Cyber Maturity Assessment, Vulnerability Management, managed SOP, safeweb, security awareness, and Gamma Managed Detection and Response solutions; Gamma, enterprise managed, managed networks, and Clearing as a service solutions; and Gamma Toolbox, which provides tools and services for businesses.
