In addition, it engages in the content production, studios and facility management, content library monetization, and content distribution; distribution and marketing activities; program production and creation services and other related business activities; movie production and distribution; film and video recording; and trading activities. Further, it offers information technology, advertising, promotion and marketing, general telecommunication, entertainment, management agency and production, information technology consultancy, mass media, and audio recording services. Additionally, the company provides multiplexing services; ad based video-on-demand and subscription video-on-demand; and leases and manages broadcast and movie production equipment and facilities. The company was formerly known as PT Cipta Aneka Selaras and changed its name to PT Surya Citra Media Tbk in January 2002. PT Surya Citra Media Tbk was founded in 1999 and is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
