It serves customers in the Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi, Surabaya, Bali, Bandung, Medan, Batam, Solo, Semarang, Cikampek-Purwakarta, Cirebon, Tegal, Yogyakarta, Sukabumi, Purwokerto, Serang, and Kediri areas of Indonesia. The company was formerly known as PT Seruling Indah Permai and changed its name to PT Link Net Tbk in March 2000. PT Link Net Tbk was founded in 1996 and is headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia.
