Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited provides commercial banking products and services to individuals, businesses, organizations, institutions, and government and state agencies primarily in Thailand. The company operates through three segments: Retail Banking, Wholesale Banking, and Treasury and Investment. It offers deposit products, including savings accounts, fixed deposit accounts, current accounts, zero tax max accounts, term deposits, and netbank accounts, as well as fixed-term and foreign currency deposits; various loans, such as personal, housing, small business, medium enterprises, corporate, government and state enterprise, financial institution, and overseas branches loans, as well as loans for import and export; and various cards. The company also provides investment banking services, such as arranging and underwriting of debt instruments; funds transfer services; payment and top up services; overseas education services; cash management services comprising collection, liquidity management, information, and transfer and payment services; and international financial services consisting of foreign exchange, electronic international trade, letter of guarantee, and export and import services. In addition, it offers FX and derivatives; mutual, private, provident, infrastructure, and property funds; life and non-life insurance products; hire purchase and leasing services; securities brokerage services; wealth management services; financial advisory services; and e-banking services. The company was founded in 1966 and is headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand. Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited is a subsidiary of Financial Institutions Development Fund.
