In addition, it provides lubes and specialties; operates a refinery, chemical manufacturing plant, distribution facilities, and oil terminals; sells chemical products; and leases real estate properties. The company was formerly known as Esso (Thailand) Public Company Limited and changed its name to Bangchak Sriracha Public Company Limited in November 2023. The company was incorporated in 1996 and is headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand. Bangchak Sriracha Public Company Limited operates as a subsidiary of Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited.
