Previously, it was provided construction services for the oil and gas, infrastructure, power, facilities management, and property development sectors in the United Arab Emirates and internationally. The company was involved in the construction of high-rise towers, buildings, and residential villas; and supply and rental of ready-mix concrete and construction equipment, as well as undertakes drainage, electrical, mechanical, plumbing contracting and related, and civil and infrastructure construction works, such as the construction of airports, hospitals, museums, and others. It also engaged in the real estate investment, development, leasing, and management activities; buys and sells real estate properties; and leases and manages third party properties. In addition, the company manufactured precast panels; and fabricates steel structures and profiles, as well as manufactured and transports ready mixed concrete. Further, it was involved in general trading; construction and building equipment trading and leasing; and international business, as well as offers building maintenance and cleaning, facilities management, and security services. The company was formerly known as Arab Technical Construction Company. Arabtec Holding PJSC was founded in 1975 and is headquartered in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates.
