The company offers its tinplate and related products to metal packaging industry, as well as to food and beverage packaging and canning markets. It is also involved in shipping brokerage, and warehousing and wholesaling activities; provision of business, corporate management, and technology consultancy services; sewage treatment; and general storage and property services. The company was formerly known as Novo Group Ltd. and changed its name to Yorkshine Holdings Limited in December 2016. The company was incorporated in 1989 and is headquartered in Tsimshatsui, Hong Kong. Yorkshine Holdings Limited is a subsidiary of Golden Star Group Limited.
