The company was formerly known as AeroClean Technologies, Inc. and changed its name to Molekule Group, Inc. in January 2023. Molekule Group, Inc. was founded in 2011 and is headquartered in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. On October 3, 2023, Molekule Group, Inc. along with its affiliate, filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.
