The Retail segment offers personal financial and business banking products, including deposits, credit and debit cards, insurance, wealth management, investments estate planning, and consumer loans, as well as secured and unsecured loans. The Wholesale Banking segment provides integrated banking solutions to large corporations; current accounts, deposits, lending, syndicate loans, cash management, letter of guarantee, trade finance and cross-border payments, underwriting, and corporate advisory services to medium-sized companies; and financial services to bank and non-bank financial institutions. The Other Group segment offers risk and property management services; and treasury products and advisory services, such as foreign exchange, derivatives, and fixed income instruments. The company also provides overdrafts, termed loans, trade bills, hire purchase, financial lease receivables, and other loans; derivatives trading and debt collection services; and Internet and mobile banking, and digital bank platforms. As of 31 December, 2020, it operated a network of 152 branches and 375 ATMs. The company was formerly known as Bank of Asia Public Co. Ltd. and changed its name to United Overseas Bank (Thai) Public Company Limited in December 2005. The company was incorporated in 1992 and is headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand. United Overseas Bank (Thai) Public Company Limited operates as a subsidiary of United Overseas Bank Limited.
